L/A Arts partners with the local community to coordinate this monthly summer event that fosters a sense of community and celebrates the vitality of the Lewiston and Auburn downtowns.

Art Walk L/A…

  • Converts over 20 downtown L/A businesses and storefronts into public arts spaces
  • Includes galleries, exhibitions, and special performances
  • Drives thousands of people each summer to L/A downtowns
  • Takes place every final Friday May through September from 5:00-8:00 PM
  • Expands this year to the City of Auburn for an even bigger and better event!

 

Artists

New for artists this year:

  • Apply once: save time and money
  • Easier sharing of work samples: use your own website or free file-sharing account to show us examples of your work
  • Get matched with an interested participating business or organization: build experience and relationships that could lead to more showings of your work in the future, even outside of Art Walk events; L/A Arts will serve as matchmaker and provide you general support when you need it

Youth Artists

Art Walk LA is happy to showcase local youth art as well! Note:

  • An adult who can represent the group should complete the application.
  • No application fee for youth groups!
